Summary:
The Lobby Hostess is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment to guests as they enter the premises. They greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.

The position is based at The Cove Rotana.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the premises
- Provide information about the organization, services, and facilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and directions
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor guest flow and manage waiting lists if necessary

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
