Front Desk Specialist (Maternity Backfill) - Emirati Nationals Only

AbbVie seeks a Front Desk Specialist for a maternity backfill position in Dubai. This role encompasses reception duties, administrative support, and vendor coordination across multiple office functions in the Gulf-Levant region.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage check-ins; answer and direct multi-line phone calls professionally
- Coordinate conference room bookings and prepare meeting spaces with necessary equipment
- Process mail, deliveries, and manage office supply ordering with facilities teams
- Monitor visitor logs, issue access badges, and enforce security protocols
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments; coordinate shipping for brand and corporate materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows
- Decision-making and organizational abilities
- Preferred: at least 2 years of customer relations experience
