As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting prospective leads into long-term clients through effective communication, relationship building, and consultative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities and engage potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in sales, telecalling, business development, customer acquisition, or related client-facing positions.

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Confidence in handling telephone conversations as well as in-person client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure.

• Previous exposure to Brokerage, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or FinTech sectors will be considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is preferred.
