BigMart is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Admin & Business Development Executive to join its team in Ajman. This role combines administrative responsibilities with business development activities, making it ideal for a dynamic professional who can manage operations while actively contributing to revenue growth.
The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships, and ensuring smooth office administration. This position also requires close monitoring of market trends and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth in the UAE market
• Present and promote BigMart’s corporate services to potential clients and business partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and B2B partners
• Manage daily office operations, documentation, and handling of corporate communications
• Respond to incoming inquiries and manage professional email correspondence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to improve strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key business KPIs
• Analyze sales performance data to improve efficiency and maximize ROI
• Support business expansion initiatives through strategic planning and execution
• Ensure smooth coordination between administrative and business development functions
