Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting salons and potential customers, promoting our hair and nail cosmetic products, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons, beauty centers, and potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and product requirements.
- Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales and customer visit reports.
- Coordinate with the office and delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in cosmetics, hair, nail, beauty, or salon products .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work independently.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the UAE salon and beauty market is an advantage.
