Director of Accounting & Automation Excellence

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a senior accounting leader to own the monthly close, policies, controls, and reporting. You will oversee AP, treasury, vendor management, and audit coordination, while driving automation and AI to scale operations.
The role partners with FP&A, Payroll, and Revenue Finance, and involves coaching a growing accounting team. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of accounting experience, expertise in GAAP, ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred), and strong Excel/Google Sheets
