Warehouse Administrator
Full-time
We are looking for an Warehouse Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for organized and detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in warehouse administration and logistics. Freshers can apply, and training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update warehouse records and documentation
Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and shipment documents
Assist with inventory tracking and stock record management
Enter and update data accurately in warehouse management systems
Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and transport teams
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
Handle filing, record-keeping, and general administrative duties
Ensure all warehouse documents are accurate and properly organized
