About The Role
The Butler will anticipate and collect all data pertaining to guest preferences and needs throughout their stay. The Butler will ensure the suite is prepared and ready according to guest requirements prior to arrival, greet the guest at the Porte Cochere, extend a warm and personalized welcome, and escort the guest directly to the suite. The Butler will perform in-room check-in and assist with guest luggage and belongings per guest preference. The Butler will handle and arrange guest dry cleaning or laundry and prepare guest agendas or schedules, including reservations and activities, and communicate with other departments accordingly.
About You
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of butler experience.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and a positive attitude.
- You have a strong command of English and are a strategic thinker with a creative flair.
- You are flexible and able to handle rapid change, thorough and methodical, and willing to do hands-on work when needed.
- You enjoy communicating with guests and putting yourself in their shoes.
