Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities
- Lead Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions to drive revenue and operational excellence
- Manage and develop a team of production leaders, building manager capability and accountability
- Establish operational goals and monitor key production metrics to identify bottlenecks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production capacity and reduce friction
- Lead change management initiatives for new processes, technologies, and organizational changes
- Leverage data and analytics to forecast performance and inform strategic decision-making
- Own Salesforce reporting and production analytics to support business visibility
- Execute investment risk policy, including underwriting guideline updates and governance
- Partner with Finance and People Operations on workforce planning and organizational design
Requirements
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience in real estate, mortgage, fintech, or financial services
- Proven experience managing and developing managers in hybrid and remote environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting
- Track record of driving performance through process improvement and capacity planning
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading teams through organizational growth and system implementations
- High degree of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
