Sales Engineer Steel and Fencing

1. Identify new business opportunities and markets for fabrication services.
2. Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Prospect develop follow up and visit new and existing customers.
4. Act as primary point of contact for customers inquiries concerns and technical support.
5. Possess indepth knowledge of fabrication process materials and capabilities.
6. Prepare estimates and material take offs negotiation skills with suppliers.
7. Collaborate with the management and production team to accurately prepare project quotations and proposals.
8. Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities customer interactions and project details.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback.

• Candidates should have a metal / steel fabrication sales background of at least 4years in UAE
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Metallurgy or any related field
• Proven experience in sales and business development preferably in the fabrication industry
• Must have knowledge of Main Contractors Engineering Consultants in the market and have worked in a Subcontractor firm
• With excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• With UAE valid driving license
