Program Overview

Our early career Mehnaty program in the UAE will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team and establish a long‑term career here.

Our Citi Dubai office will be hiring analysts across different businesses for a 12‑month program. Starting in July or September, we want to hear from you if you are an Emirati citizen who is a final year undergraduate (any discipline) and graduating this year or next year, or you have recently graduated with a GPA of 2.5 or above. You should also have completed your military service. Through the program you will gain valuable on‑the‑job work experience in one of Citi’s departments.

• Final‑year undergraduate from any discipline graduating this year or next year, or recently graduated with a GPA of 2.5 or above
• Completed military service
• Available to start the 12‑month analyst program in July or September
