Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
- Perform testing on existing and new functionality to ensure high quality standards
- Generate and update test cases to increase testing coverage
- Troubleshoot and correctly identify issues using analytical skills
- Report issues in a timely manner with clear and concise communication
- Drive continual improvement of testing workflows and processes
- Promote a team-first culture and collaborate with the development team
- Maintain proficiency with core products, services, and integrations
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of ProPresenter and its expected behaviors
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail
- Experience with issue-tracking tools like Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
