Job Title: QC Specialist / Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

We seek a skilled QC Specialist or Quality Assurance Engineer to conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This role involves identifying discrepancies or defects and implementing effective corrective measures to guarantee optimal product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth inspections of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards, identifying defects or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance checklists, ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Implement quality control processes using statistical analysis to improve product reliability and performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit findings to foster continuous improvement.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance, ensuring all materials meet specified standards before acceptance.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to ensure precise measurements and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within the mechanical and electrical sectors , with practical expertise in quality assurance.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ , Six Sigma ) preferred, demonstrating a commitment to quality excellence.
• Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and their application in engineering processes.
• Proficient in technical documentation and quality control software for efficient data management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills , attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to anticipate and address quality challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team , demonstrating collaboration and adaptability to varying project needs.
