Description:
Rio Travels is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about accounting and finance and are eager to build a successful career in a professional and supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, maintain accuracy in financial records, and be willing to learn and grow within the company’s finance department while supporting daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Process financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist the finance team with administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Passion for accounting and financial accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Basic accounting principles
• Bookkeeping and financial record management
• Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
