Description:

Bahmani Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to become part of its Finance & Accounts team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are looking to develop their careers within a dynamic and professional working environment.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to reporting and compliance activities while working with modern ERP systems and established financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial transactions.

• Support general ledger activities and routine accounting operations.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting month-end closing activities.

• Maintain compliance with UAE VAT requirements and accounting policies.

• Work with ERP/accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.

• Collaborate with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience (Mandatory).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA (Part Qualified), CMA, CA Inter, or CPA (Part Qualified) will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting principles, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, and UAE VAT.

• ERP/accounting software such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, Tally Prime, Sage 50, or QuickBooks.

• Financial reporting processes and day-to-day accounting operations.
