A growing company operating within the Exhibition Stands, Events, and Fit-Out sector is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who enjoy working with financial data, business analysis, and reporting while contributing to the company’s operational and financial success.

The selected candidate will support accounting functions, financial reporting, project profitability analysis, and business performance monitoring. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to transform financial information into meaningful insights that support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, records, and supporting documentation.

• Analyze cash flow statements and monitor company liquidity to support financial stability.

• Review income statements and evaluate key financial performance indicators.

• Track project-related costs and prepare profitability and margin analysis reports.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Support management by preparing financial analysis reports and business insights.

• Ensure accounting transactions are processed accurately and comply with company policies and financial standards.

• Assist in maintaining organized financial records and reporting systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of professional accounting experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and financial analysis.

• Strong understanding of cash flow statements, income statements, and financial performance metrics.

• Ability to analyze project costs, revenues, profitability, and margins.

• Experience using QuickBooks accounting software.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Financial Reporting and Accounting Principles

• Cash Flow Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting

• Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Financial Performance Analysis
