Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support front desk operations at our healthcare facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient reception appointment scheduling medical records coordination and administrative support ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong medical reception healthcare administration and customer service skills in a hospital or clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients visitors and healthcare staff professionally
- Manage front desk and medical reception operations
- Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments
- Handle patient registration insurance details and basic billing support
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
- Answer phone calls emails and patient inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with doctors nurses and clinical departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and confidentiality policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist Clinic Receptionist or Healthcare Administrator
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in medical scheduling systems and MS Office
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Patient-centric approach with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospital clinic or healthcare centre environments
- Familiarity with insurance approvals billing and DHA regulations
- Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
- Previous work experience in Dubai or UAE healthcare facilities
