Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and customerfocused Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations greeting patients scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth patient experience at our clinic or hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients visitors and staff in a courteous manner.
  
• Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  
• Handle phone calls emails and inquiries related to medical services.
  
• Register new patients and update medical records in the system.
  
• Process insurance claims payments and billing transactions.
  
• Coordinate with doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
  
• Assist in handling patient concerns and provide information about services.
  

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a hospital clinic or medical center.
  
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
    
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
    
  • Customer serviceoriented with a professional attitude.
    
• Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  
• Availability: Willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
