Senior Events Coordinator for Defense & GovTech (Travel)

Defense Unicorns is seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager to plan and execute government and defense conferences in the UAE. You will source venues, manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver flawless events.
You will coordinate staffing, vendors, shipping, and on-site operations, collaborate with marketing to preserve brand consistency, and report progress to stakeholders. Travel 4–10 times per year is expected, with a focus on secure, compliant event delivery.
