OPlus Events is looking for a passionate and highly organized Female Event Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning events, managing client relationships, and coordinating projects to deliver exceptional experiences.
The successful candidate will support event planning activities, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure smooth execution of events in a fast-paced creative environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the events industry are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate event planning and execution activities from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide professional support.
• Manage event schedules, timelines, and coordination tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
• Support client servicing and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assist with event documentation, planning materials, and project follow-ups.
• Ensure all events are delivered according to quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
• Female candidates preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for events, client service, and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Event planning and coordination processes.
• Client communication and relationship management.
• Project organization and time management.
