Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare guest rooms for evening service including turning down beds and refreshing amenities.
• Ensure all guest rooms meet five-star cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report any maintenance or guest service issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain discretion professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Support housekeeping operations as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or turndown service in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Professional reliable and guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
