Door Attendant - Luxury Resort

Apt Resources is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Door Attendant at a luxurious resort located by the stunning Red Sea. As the first point of contact for guests the Door Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests managing arrivals and departures and providing outstanding service to ensure a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart from the resort
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about the resorts amenities services and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
• Monitor the flow of guest arrivals and departures ensuring timely assistance
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety

• Previous experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
• Able to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items as required
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management Tourism or Customer Service
