Our Client is a leading UAE based organisation and they are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager (Hunter) to join our clients team in the UAE, Reporting to the AVP Professional & Enterprise, this is a permanent role focused on driving business development and new client acquisition in the staffing anf workforce solutions Industry.
WhatYou’llDo:
- IdentifyandacquirenewclientsacrossUAE&GCC,buildingastrongsalespipeline.
- Developconsultativerelationshipswithdecision-makersandC-levelexecutives.
- Designtailoredproposals,negotiatecontracts,andclosedealswithawin-winapproach.
- Stayaheadofmarkettrends,competitors,andclientneeds.
- Collaboratecloselywithdeliveryteamstoensureseamlessexecution.
WhatWe’reLookingFor:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales (hunter profile) within staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions or any HR Tech Industry.
- Education: Master’sorbachelorsinBusiness,Sales,Marketing,orrelatedfield.
- Skills: Strongnegotiation,presentation,andrelationship-buildingabilities;CRMproficiency;entrepreneurialmindset.
