Black & Grey HR is partnering with one of the UAE s established construction and infrastructure companies to hire a Technical Manager Fit out & Joinery. This role is crucial in overseeing the technical delivery of high-end fit out and joinery projects ensuring quality efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans ensuring alignment with timelines budgets and resource availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with design teams to align technical specifications.
- Offer expert-level guidance on fit out and joinery materials techniques and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards codes and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in fit out and joinery to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 8 10 years of proven experience in interior design within the fit out industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp and other design software.
- Deep knowledge of building codes regulations and sustainable design practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and technical accuracy.
