Description:

Triple One HR Consultancy LLC is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client for the position of Estimation Manager – Fit-Out & MEP. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in project estimation, tender management, and commercial evaluation within the construction and engineering sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive bids, analyzing project costs, and supporting the successful delivery of high-value fit-out and MEP projects. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage estimation activities for Fit-Out and MEP projects

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and commercial proposals

• Review tender documents, specifications, and project requirements

• Conduct detailed BOQ analysis and quantity assessments

• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and bid documentation

• Evaluate project costs, risks, and commercial opportunities

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting submission deadlines

• Support project planning and budgeting activities

• Provide management with accurate estimation reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fit-Out and MEP estimation

• Strong expertise in project costing and tender preparation

• Experience in BOQ analysis and commercial evaluation

• Ability to manage multiple bids and tenders concurrently

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong negotiation and commercial management abilities

• Effective project planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Open to candidates of all nationalities

• Experience in bid management and construction estimation is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of:

• Fit-Out and MEP project estimation methodologies

• Tender preparation, BOQ analysis, and commercial evaluation

• Cost control, project budgeting, and bid management processes
