What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the team and other departments to brainstorm and build impactful, targeted email campaigns.

• Create compelling copy in English (Arabic would be a plus) for newsletters/sms/push/whatsapp, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand language.

• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and send newsletters, ensure accuracy and quality by maintaining a vigilant eye for detail.

• Support in tracking the performance of CRM campaigns, analyzing metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve future communications.

• Integrate seamless omnichannel experience by visiting store and keeping close contact with retail team

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Communications, etc

• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.

• A positive and proactive attitude toward learning and feedback.

• Ambitious with high a drive for growth and excellence
