What You’ll Be Doing

The Supply Chain Traineeship offers you the opportunity to experience the engine that keeps luxury retail moving. From ensuring the right products arrive at the right place and time to improving customer experiences across our brands, Supply Chain is at the heart of Chalhoub Group's operations.

Potential Career Pathways

Throughout your journey, you may gain exposure to one or more of the following areas:

• Demand Planning – Forecast customer demand and help ensure products are available when customers need them.

• Supply Planning – Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to maintain optimal stock across the business.

• Logistics & Transportation – Support the movement of products from international suppliers to our warehouses and stores.

• Warehouse Operations – Learn how inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and distributed efficiently.

• Inventory Management – Monitor stock accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and reduce waste.

• Order Management – Coordinate customer and store orders while ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Procurement & Purchasing – Support supplier coordination and sourcing processes for goods and services.

• Supply Chain Analytics – Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improve performance.

• Continuous Improvement & Projects – Participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency, automate processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in operational excellence.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.

• A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and contribute new ideas.
