Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar operations at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
• Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the luxury brand and meet guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions.
• Mentor and develop bartending staff to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Bartender role within luxury hotels or upscale establishments.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Passion for mixology and a creative approach to beverage development.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be currently in UAE.
