We are thrilled to announce the opening of a finedining Italian restaurant at a worldrenowned luxury hotel in Dubai and are looking for a talented Head Bartender to lead our bar team. If you have a passion for mixology luxury service and creating exceptional guest experiences this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary!
Position: Head Bartender
Salary: AED 8000 Service Charge
House & Transportation Allowance: AED 3000
Contract Duration: 1224 months
Flight Ticket: Every 2 years
Medical Insurance Provided
Joining Date: Within one month (once documents are ready)
Working Hours: 6 days a week 910 hours per day (including a 1hour break)
What We’re Looking For:
UpperIntermediate English or above
Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a 5star hotel or finedining restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic & modern cocktails mixology techniques and beverage pairings
Leadership & team management skills
Positive mindset creativity and passion for hospitality
