Job Description

Role Overview:
Join our distinguished team as a Bartender at DELANO Dubai, where exceptional service and sophistication blend seamlessly. In this role, you will craft exquisite cocktails and provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining the art of mixology with luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails: Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision, showcasing your mixology skills and aligning with the high standards of DELANO Dubai.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offering personalized drink recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

• Bar Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area, ensuring smooth operations and a polished guest experience.

• Collaboration: Work with the team to support the development of seasonal beverage menus that complement dining options and elevate the overall guest experience.

• Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage to ensure consistent service quality.

• Stay Updated: Keep informed of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bar’s offerings.

• Team Support: Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury Experience:You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills:Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge:You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background:A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
