Head of Integrated Marketing

Role Summary

The Head of Integrated Marketing owns the planning and execution of integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns across the Astra Tech & Botim ecosystem, orchestrating paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across 150M+ users. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, this role connects strategy to execution – building the campaign engine, owning the marketing calendar, and ensuring every channel works together to deliver measurable results. The Head of Integrated Marketing leads media and performance strategy, manages agency partners, and is accountable for the efficiency and impact of marketing across communication, fintech, and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and orchestration of integrated, omnichannel campaigns.

• Build and manage the marketing calendar across products and markets.

• Ensure campaigns align to brand, product, and growth objectives.

• Define media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

• Optimise channel mix, targeting, and investment for efficiency and reach.

• Manage media and creative agency partners.

• Own campaign performance and marketing efficiency across channels.

• Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.

• Continuously test, learn, and optimise to improve ROI.

• Drive user acquisition and engagement through integrated campaigns.

• Coordinate lifecycle and retention marketing across channels.

• Align campaigns with growth and monetisation goals.

• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of campaigns end to end.

• Establish processes and ways of working for efficient execution.

• Manage budgets and resources across campaigns.

• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Social, Growth, and Data teams.

• Align stakeholders around campaign priorities and calendars.

• Ensure consistent, coordinated execution across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in integrated, campaign, or performance marketing within consumer technology, fintech, or digital platforms.

• Proven track record planning and delivering omnichannel campaigns at scale.

• Strong command of media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and measurement frameworks.

• Data-driven approach to campaign performance and ROI.

• Exposure to emerging markets and digital financial services is highly valued.
