An exciting opportunity is available for a Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every guest.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, courteous, and service-driven individual who enjoys interacting with people and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and well assisted.
Candidates with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Build positive relationships by providing personalized and attentive service.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.
Maintain accurate guest records, appointments, and reservations.
Provide clear information about available facilities, services, and amenities.
Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure reception and guest areas remain clean, organized, and inviting.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
