Sophie Society Co. is a fast-growing creator marketing and affiliate management company focused on building and scaling TikTok Shop communities for multiple US-based brands. The company specializes in connecting creators with e-commerce brands, driving engagement, and increasing sales through authentic influencer partnerships.

The company is seeking a Junior TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to support affiliate growth and creator community development. This role is highly hands-on and focuses on building strong relationships with creators, onboarding new affiliates, and keeping communities active and engaged across multiple brand programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators

• Source and reach out to new creators using personalized communication

• Onboard new affiliates and guide them through brand and product processes

• Re-engage inactive creators and maintain ongoing participation

• Coordinate commission structures, samples, and product shipments

• Track creator performance including content, engagement, and GMV

• Manage creator communities across Discord and group chats

• Run creator challenges, contests, and engagement campaigns

• Share briefs and ensure creators follow brand guidelines

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and flash sales with affiliates

• Maintain CRM records and update creator tracking systems

• Provide weekly reports on performance, activity, and campaign results

Requirements:

• Fluent professional English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Active familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple brand accounts

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup

• Reliable internet connection and availability aligned with US hours

• Strong knowledge of:

• Influencer and affiliate marketing

• TikTok Shop ecosystem and creator engagement

• Community management (Discord or similar platforms)

• E-commerce and DTC brand operations

• Content tracking and performance reporting tools

Nice to Have:

• 1+ year experience in community management

• Experience in TikTok Shop or influencer/affiliate marketing

• Experience managing Discord communities

• Background in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon brands

• Spanish & English bilingual ability

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Cruva, and Kalodata
