Job Description

AP Brand and Watch Industry Proficiency

• Ensure you maintain the highest level of brand and product knowledge. This includes possessing an exceptional understanding of AP's brand fundamentals, our rich history and heritage, as well as the specificities of our watch collections, watch references, their main features, prices, and sales pitches
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices. This involves actively monitoring and evaluating other industry players to identify areas of competitive advantage

Brand Awareness & Strategic Development

• Contribute to the development and implementation of creative Brand and Media initiatives aligned with the regional and global Brand strategy
• Support the development of the annual Brand calendar and independently lead selected activations, product launches, partnerships, and brand campaigns
• Identify opportunities to increase Brand visibility, awareness, and engagement through innovative marketing initiatives and strategic collaborations
• Support the development and execution of partnerships, media opportunities, and PR initiatives within the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and external partners

Project & Agency Management

• Lead assigned Brand projects, activations, events, and campaigns, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with Brand objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Manage agency and partner coordination, ensuring deliverables meet AP standards, approved timelines, and agreed budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Retail, CRM, Logistics, Finance, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Conduct post-project reviews and consolidate learnings to improve future activations and execution standards

Operational Excellence

• Track assigned project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and accruals in coordination with Finance 
• Coordinate Brand-related logistics, inventory, orders, and shipments for events, activations, boutiques, and AP Houses
• Prepare and consolidate Brand reports, post-event summaries, dashboards, and competitive analysis, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Ensure assigned initiatives comply with AP Brand guidelines, company policies, and internal procedures

Ensure that all actions, transactions, and decisions are in line with AP company practices and legal requirements. Work with transparency, integrity and respect for people and company property. Take accountability for all your actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Events, or Luxury Marketing
• Proven track record of managing complex projects, events, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and external partners
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and operational management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing and project management tools is a plus
• Experience within the luxury retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or watchmaking industries is preferred
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
