Lead Generation Executive

Dautom is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join its growing recruitment business in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and connecting with decision-makers in the IT industry.
The successful candidate will focus on identifying potential clients, developing a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with the recruitment team to convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships. Candidates with experience in IT staffing or B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage hiring decision-makers within IT companies.
• Generate qualified leads and build a strong client pipeline.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients to create new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Maintain client relationships and support business growth initiatives.
• Update lead information and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of experience in lead generation, B2B IT sales, manpower services, or IT staffing sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
