What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 6-8 years of Supervisory Experience in aHigh-Volume Environment within the UAE in a Specialised IT Role.
  
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field would be advantageous.
  
• An exquisite track record as an IT Specialist or in asimilar capacity within a hotel or Hospitality Environment, to elevate FIVE'sGold Standard to New Heights.
  
• Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks,hardware, and software, with hand-crafted expertise in the field.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technicalissues, adding a touch of first-in-class problem-solving to every task.
  
• Familiarity with Hotel-Specific Applications andProperty Management Systems is a plus.
  
• Proven experience in Project Management and theexceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Desirable certifications, such as CompTIA A+,Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), signify anindustry-leading commitment to continuous improvement.
  
• A strong understanding of Industry Regulations isbeneficial.

KeyResponsibilities

• Offers next-levelTechnical Support to FIVE Tribe Members and Guests, addressing hardware,software, and network-related issues.
  
• Troubleshoots andresolves technical problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to FIVE'sOperations, adding a personalised touch to each solution.
  
• Assists in the Setupand Configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment,ensuring a ‘FIVE-Star’ experience for users.
  
• Promptly responds tosupport tickets and inquiries, meticulously Documenting Issues and Resolutions,adding a sensational level of professionalism to each interaction.
  
• Expertly monitorsand maintains FIVE's computer Networks, both wired and wireless, guaranteeingexquisite Connectivity, top-notch performance, and robust Security Protocols.
  
• Diligentlyimplements Network Security Measures, ensuring an industry-leading level of Protectionfor Data Integrity, while curating regular Audits for comprehensive Security Assessments.
  
• Installs, configuresand maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices, using visionaryExpertise to Optimise Network Performance.
  
• Collaborates closelywith vendors and service providers, enhancing Troubleshooting Efforts fornetwork connectivity and performance, ensuring a boundary-breaking ITExperience.
  
• Performs Routine SystemBackups and implements Disaster Recovery Procedures, maintaining a next-levelreadiness for Potential Disruptions.
  
• Works harmoniouslywith Internal Stakeholders to define project requirements, develop projectplans, and allocate resources, kick-starting each project with phenomenalcoordination.
  
• Conducts extensiveresearch and recommends new technologies, solutions, and tools to enhanceFIVE's IT capabilities, constantly delivering progressive IT enhancements.
  
• Ensures deadlinesand milestones are met with an award-winning dedication, providing regularupdates to the Head of Department on project progress.
  
• Champions andenforces ground-breaking IT Security Policies and procedures, safeguarding FIVE'sdata and systems from unauthorised access and malware, setting the GoldStandard in Online Safety.
  
• Educates the FIVETribe on Best Practices for Data Security and Privacy, providing energisingtraining sessions that elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Stays up to datewith the latest industry trends and security standards, proactivelyrecommending and implementing necessary Security Measures to maintain FIVE's first-in-classStandards.
  
• Maintains Accurate Recordsof hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties, ensuringbehind-the-scenes efficiency in IT Asset Management.
  
• Adheres to SOPs andService Standards, executing duties with a Sensational Flair and ensuringadherence to Safety Policies.
  
• Collaborates withthe FIVE Tribe, embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement and SharedSuccess.
  
• Safeguards utmostconfidentiality, Protecting Guest Information with care and discretion.
