Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with system administration and network management tasks.

• Support system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Ensure IT resources are operating securely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration.
• B.Tech or MCA educational background.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IT support and troubleshooting.
• System administration.
