Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments of patients health and develop individualized care plans

- Provide skilled nursing care including wound care medication administration and monitoring of vital signs

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming

- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management

- Communicate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulations

- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff

- Travel to patients homes within Jubail and surrounding areas for appointments

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field

- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a similar setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
