**About the Role**
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
Join a fast-growing AI startup in the HRTech space as a Founder's Associate Intern. You'll work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in sales, growth, operations, and AI automation. This role offers a unique opportunity to solve real business problems and contribute to scaling an AI startup from day one.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority projects and daily operations.
- Support sales and business development initiatives.
- Build and optimize LinkedIn outbound campaigns and email sequences.
- Research prospects and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build simple AI tools, automations, and scripts using modern AI platforms.
- Experiment with AI workflows to improve internal productivity.
- Support our AI HR Daily podcast, including publishing episodes and distributing content.
- Help create and repurpose content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Take ownership of special projects across product, growth, and operations.
**Your Profile**
- Curious, ambitious, and excited about startups.
- Strong communicator with excellent written English.
- Interested in AI, SaaS, sales, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical and proactive—you enjoy solving problems independently.
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, etc.) is a plus but not required.
