Manager Planning - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, technical coordination, and resource planning for large-scale MEP works across high-rise developments.

Responsibilities:

-  Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects.

- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.

- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Support technical coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.

- Review BIM models, Revit models, and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes.

- Prepare recovery plans, resource forecasts, and project performance reports.

- Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and company standards.

- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related technical support.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and planning records.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.

- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.

- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet strict deadlines.
