Joinery Production Manager

As a Joinery Production Manager you will oversee the entire production process ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing a team of skilled carpenters painters general workers while coordinating with other departments and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and supervise the production team including joiners carpenters and other staff.
  
• Production Planning: Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
  
• Process Improvement: Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Coordination: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.
  
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the production team.
  
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any production issues or delays promptly.
  
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Production Manager or similar role.
