Head of Strategy and Transformation: Consumer Sector

- Define and lead corporate strategy and transformation roadmap
- Establish governance frameworks for strategic initiatives
- Drive external growth opportunities including M&A and partnerships
- Oversee PMO governance and prioritisation of transformation programmes
- Lead innovation and digital strategy to enable business growth
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks and value creation
- Align stakeholders across internal teams and external partners
- Master's degree preferred; minimum Bachelor's in Business, Engineering or Technology
- 10+ years of experience in strategy and transformation leadership
- Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years working within the UAE or wider Middle East
- Background in an international consulting firm, ideally with exposure to large, complex organisations
- Experience in consumer-focused sectors
- Proven track record in strategic planning, governance and enterprise-wide programmes
- Strong exposure to digital transformation and innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
