Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to support our leisure and travel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, transportation planning, inventory tracking, and operations support .

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, transportation, and deliveries
- Plan and schedule shipments, routes, and travel-related logistics
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement
- Resolve logistics issues and delays efficiently
- Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and safety regulations
- Support overall operational efficiency in travel and leisure services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience preferred
