Role Overview:
As a Printing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking project deliverables and onsite teams while ensuring timely execution. You’ll serve as the key point of contact between project managers and the production team, helping prioritize work, manage schedules, and coordinate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive job requests from project managers and log them accurately
• Create and maintain daily production schedules
• Check files and forward to the appropriate production teams
• Monitor the status of all jobs and ensure on-time delivery
• Plan and schedule teams as per project requirements
• Coordinate with the production supervisor on materials and planning deliveries and team drops
• Liaise with delivery drivers and logistics suppliers to ensure smooth dispatch
• Flag delays or issues early and propose solutions
• Maintain clear communication across departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a printing or events production environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Basic understanding of artwork files and print formats
• Familiarity with digital printing processes and terminology
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
