Luxury Hospitality: Sales & Distribution Director

A luxury hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director of Sales and Distribution to lead commercial strategy across corporate sales and distribution channels. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years in hospitality commercial roles, including 5 years with 5-star luxury hotels in the UAE. Key responsibilities include managing corporate sales, optimizing distribution channels, and driving revenue growth through strong leadership and market knowledge. Fluency in English, with Arabic as an advantage, is required.
