GROUND OPERATIONS OFFICER

Role Overview
The Ground Operations Officer will assist in coordinating airport ground services, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily ground handling and operational activities
Assist with passenger check-in and boarding procedures
Monitor baggage handling and aircraft turnaround operations
Communicate with flight crews and airport departments
Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures
Handle passenger inquiries and provide travel assistance
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
Support smooth and timely flight operations
