Office Administrator

Full-time

Mohammad Almheiri Advocates and Legal Consultants

We are looking for an office administrator who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have office administration experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Manage and maintain the daily operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Keep track of office supplies and inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments, calendar maintenance, and preparation of meeting materials
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
  • Professionally and courteously greet and assist clients and visitors
