HSE OFFICER
A reputed organization is seeking a responsible and safety-focused HSE Officer to support workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures. Role Overview
The HSE Officer will be responsible for monitoring safety practices, conducting inspections, identifying risks, and promoting a safe working environment across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections and workplace audits
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety procedures
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks
Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
Support incident investigations and preventive measures
Promote a strong safety culture among employees
Candidate Profile
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices
Good observation and reporting skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
IOSH, NEBOSH, or HSE certifications are an advantage
Responsible attitude with attention to safety standards
