Commercial Counsel — Fintech Partnerships & AI-Driven Deals
Optasia Group
Finergi, part of the Optasia Group, is seeking a legally adept professional to drive commercial expansion. You will draft and negotiate MOUs and agreements, and build reusable frameworks and systems to streamline contract work across markets.
Reporting to the Chief Legal and Strategy Officer, you will collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure deals are structured, compliant and commercially sound, while leading AI-enabled efficiencies in legal processes.
