User Acquisition Director

Responsibilities
- Own the global User Acquisition strategy and define the long-term paid acquisition vision
- Lead and develop a world-class UA organization across Mobile, Paid Social, and Paid Search & Programmatic
- Drive performance at scale by managing acquisition efficiency using CPA, LTV, and ROAS
- Build experimentation frameworks for testing creatives, bidding strategies, and measurement methodologies
- Lead automation and AI adoption to streamline campaign management and reporting
- Partner with Product, BI, Creative, MarTech, and Finance to align acquisition with business objectives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition
- Proven leadership of large-scale paid acquisition programs and high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of attribution, incrementality, and LTV-based optimization
- Experience managing significant acquisition budgets across Mobile, PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into business decisions
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gaming, betting, fintech, or high-growth digital businesses
- Experience across both web and app acquisition
- Experience introducing automation or AI into marketing operations
- Experience working across multiple international markets
